Why buy property now?
Peter Taranto Real Estate believes
that after a number of years of
a fairly flat market, the residential
property market has moved into
an upward cycle. This has been
evidenced by the 2009 statistics that
have shown Wollongong residential
real estate showing good capital ap-
preciation over the year.
Furthermore, other factors that
have recently impacted positively on
the market have been the record low
interest rates, substantial govern-
